Personal Narrative

This 6th weeks was actually fun. During the breaks, I was dragged to 4 different parties. My family hosted some parties of their own too. There were different kind of events that were held instead of Christmas. Like my family's yearly feast, which is held on New Years. It consist of many tradional food like, Vietnamese pastery, rice cake, and moon cake.

Some of the parties we went too, were hosted in some resturant that were serving american food, like streak, beef, and other delicacy. We even slept over at some of my friend's house for New Years, because my parents were too drunk to drive home. It was pretty awkward sleeping in another person's house but almost everyone stayed up that night. We had a blast at the parties. I always came home with a full stomache and tons of soda. I'm suprised I didn't gain like 50 pounds over the break. The times I didn't spend out at parties that I was forced to go to, I spent at home, or my neighbor's house. My winter break mostly consist of playing Super Smash Bros on the Wii, or just playing online computer games like Ragnarok Online. Where all you do is PvP (Player vs. Player) and kill each other. I actually was able to get over 2000 kills in Ragnarok Online. It took me forever, but I actually accomplised that. It was depressing to see no snow, at all, during the break though. There would have been awesome snowball fights and the whole nine yard. During my last day of school before winter break, I actually met Jose,an old friend of mines, from T.J. Rusk. We hanging out after I went to Skyline and he went to North Dallas. We caught up and then went our ways when the bus arrived though.

That's what I mostly did during the Winter Break and some stuff I did before. The after effects of Winter Break was very bleh, though. I had completely fell behind on all my homework and projects. I had to rush to do everything, including the Blog Spot and my English homework. But that's about it.
